First trip like this, and we really enjoyed it with my two sons. Captain Trenton was amazing—everything was well prepared, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We caught some fish and had a great time. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Trent was a great and very knowledgeable captain. My father is in a wheelchair, and he was very accommodating and attentive to his needs. He also shared helpful tips and tricks out on the water. I ended up catching a monster black drum—definitely a fish of a lifetime. If you’re looking for a great afternoon of fishing, book with Trent!

The captain was great with kids—very patient and friendly with new anglers, and he made sure everyone had a chance to catch a fish. We did run out of bait, which made the last hour less productive, and we weren’t able to target redfish as planned. Overall, it was still a fun trip, and we would consider going out again.

We had a great time on our two-hour afternoon trip, even though the fish didn’t cooperate. The captain was friendly, easy to talk to, and especially helpful with two newer anglers in our group. We enjoyed learning how to fish with live shrimp, and he showed a lot of patience while helping my son make his first casts. I’d gladly recommend Get Tight Fishing Charters, and we’ll definitely book again the next time we’re near Texas City. Looking forward to coming back and putting some redfish on the grill.
